LAVA Productions is the freelance organization owned and operated by Robert Stava. For the past 9 years Robert Stava was the Creative Director for Arup’s Visualization Group (Formerly the 3d Media Group) based in New York. Stava is an accomplished Art Director & 3D artist and has been using Autodesk 3ds Max software professionally for over 14 years. After studying fine arts at Buffalo State College in New York, Stava helped star t the computer graphics department at Young and Rubicam NY and later as an Art Director with J. Walter Thompson designing Print,TV and multimedia campaigns for a long list of For tune 500 clients. He also worked as an AD in the multimedia business designing interactive presentations and websites for major corporate clients. He has 15 years experience in Corporate Advertising & Multimedia and 10 in the 3d Visualization business. Stava joined Arup in 2002 to rebuild the visualization department as the 3D Media Group where Robert and his staff created high-impact stills and computer animations for a wide assortment of local and international projects and clients.

Robert  has exceptional team, client and project management skills. He excels at improvising solutions on the fly, and has a work-hard, play hard work ethic, developed from years in advertising where he honed his graphic and traditional type design skills working under many of the top Creative and Art Directors in the business.
